Ladies and gentlemen, I want to take this opportunity to thank the Country of Brazil for a successful WC. It's been a fun ride. I understand people all over the world have been sad because of the thrashing in the hands of German, but it was a good tournament with lots, lots, and lots of goals. Looking forward to the Olympics.

Jo naa defender for Holland. Ball gets to his feet and he just passes back to midfield.

Sad.

Final nail in the coffin. Brazilian football has died. But I'm mourning too.

I guess I just can't let go of 1982. Maybe I'll always be pining for that team, that style, that direct heir of Pele and those legends before my time.

I am not sad. Congratulations to the Dutch for not doing Brazil a favour and, from our perspective, for giving us an entertaining third place match.
