I actually feel the same for Brazil since they have positively shaped the good game of football, but its time for that new empire. The likes of Uruguay needs some companion.mate wrote:femmyphoto wrote:mate wrote:Sad.
Final nail in the coffin. Brazilian football has died. But I'm mourning too.
I guess I just can't let go of 1982. Maybe I'll always be pining for that team, that style, that direct heir of Pele and those legends before my time.
Cheers, Mate
My man, Iife goes on. But any football fan with a heart has to feel bad for Brazil. You have heart. Don't you?
Cheers, Mate

They have emerging talent no doubt - but any World Class prospects especially in attack.. If this World cup has shown us anything, you arguably need some sprinkle of world class talent to make it far..smartbrother wrote:thats because LVG has set them up around Robben ,Sneijeder and RVPanalyzer wrote:I somewhat fear for the future of the dutch.. Truth is Dutch football is brimming with fantastic emerging talent.
Clasie is going to be huge in the future. So is Devy Klassen
Daley Blind can only get better .
Sorry I misread it as Van Gaal...Carry on with the analysisanalyzer wrote:can you elaborate?AreaDaddy wrote:Will it still be his issue?analyzer wrote:

Hiddink is taking over and probably tasked with taking holland to the next 2 major tournaments.. will he keep current system? change?
But the player pool IMO is not looking great.. maybe a few will emerge over next few years
This discussion should not be on hiddink. It is.. Where do Brazil go from here?analyzer wrote:I somewhat fear for the future of the dutch.. Rest of the squad is filled with emerging talent but none that convinces me they will be world class.. Especially looking lightweight in attack.. where is the next marauding flying dutch winger we are accustomed to seeing?..
