Gazidis over @ACMilan & their test of our resolve for LT's signature can only mean we're a selling club with zilch_care for ambition.

Arsenal fear Lucas Torreira has sparked transfer scramble with comments on Gunners spell:

I don't buy into this narrative - i see slick oil sales wannabe salesmen(our Board) shifting the cause of any potential sale to LT. We've got a solid contract with dude & Milan shouldn't be attempting ish if we weren't weak
---------------------------------
@MrArsenicTM:
James Olley: Napoli have joined AC Milan in monitoring Lucas Torreira's situation at #AFC. Emery sees him as an important player and club is in strong position to reject offers. No indication that Lucas would force a move away at this stage....
#AFC modest budget can only be supplemented by player sales and a significant offer for Torreira would test their resolve. AC Milan are the current front-runners if interested clubs receive any encouragement a deal is possible.

Ain't no other clubs on this FFP? Waguan!!!

I hear this call was strictly Emery's. This was a bad mistake. That boy is a wonderful player, and I hear he won the French League young player of the year. Smh.

But what was Emery thinking? Was the boy demanding first team starting spot?
@Siddonlook11 you are trying to blame emery alone, there is a reason Wenger is no more,he allow a lot of bad deals before emery came and was gone.So if Emery cant improved the team then he also will be gone.I am fair lets see his second year as he need to get his players that he wants. If he failed he should be sacked. He is not a top coach in my opinion,He failed at PSG a nd its for t hat reason he lasted just 2 years.
Hope this season we can bounce back

Kajishake shake ? You sabi read so ? Me I only called out the management vs owner discussion and that if i were owner i will sack ALL involved in that one decision .. Again how do u get rid of a fit promising player to loan a wonded player that was over priced and in my opinion even when fit not marginally better than the younger player we got rid off ?

Also Cally and Nkume called out Unai... if you must know and I agree with them he shares in the blame ... and you are no different you are bringing Wenger into a decision made in Unai era.

Oya go and beg danfo with ohenhen and stop calling siddon else you start paying every-time you mention the name :taunt: :taunt:

Check the market out & see prices dawg. Arsenal ain't gonna spend whatever they get - nah. If Gazidis who has inside knowledge thinks we'll blink that's a problem.

@clivepafc:
Sometimes you just get blocked - we maybe chose Iwobi over the Jeff.
Kid had to go to play.
Seeing Jeff in a role many would like to see Iwobi in was interesting.
Jeff looked like he belonged at a higher level.
One of 2 number 8’s
Why not get him back
Am I wrong ?

Oga so your suggestion is what bros?I don over suffer for Arsenal wahala,i try not to blame manager that just start a job.Believe me I no be want Emery but lets pray the mistake of buying Suarez will never happen again and he has learn. Please don't bring Nkume into any discussion,he was praying Emery failed to say I told you so and keep his agenda about we make mistake of letting Wenger go.Our problem started before Emery come, lets watch him close this transfer,if the owner don't give money and he don't call them out and cover for them he will be in hot water.Again letting the kid go if the kid did not force his way out he need to come and beg the fans.

Get him back from who and why will he come back ?
Lets not confused under 21 footie with club footie also.
Iwobi in 10x better than Jeff,so its not even a choice to make.

I daresay its time to give some of our youth a chance.

Just watched the first half of Italy Vs Poland at the U-21 Euros, and Biliek scored the only goal of the game so far for Poland. Italy is dominating but our boy looks solid.

We may not need to buy so many players, just give some of these loan players a chance to show what they can do. I wouldn't want Biliek sold at all!

Central Defender

Andersen - Sampdoria
Maguire - Leicester
Soumaoro - Lille
Omar Colley - Sampdoria

I'd have recommended Nantes Diego Carlos, but he moved from Nantes to Sevilla 2 weeks ago

https://www.sevillafc.es/en/actual/news ... os-seville

Midfield

Ikone - Lille
Ndidi - Leicester
Partey - Atleti
Rabiot - PSG
Rongier - Nancy
Van Der Beek - Ajax
James Ward-Prowse - Southampton

Winger

Bamba - Lille
Pepe - Lille
Onyekuru - Everton
David Neres - Ajax
Ziyech - Ajax
Richarlison - Everton
Ryan Sessegnon - Fulham

Danfo, nice list but we are only able to afford the bottom of the barrel with only £40m in the kitty.

Heck even Everton and West Ham will label that chicken change. :curse: :curse:

I would seriously prioritise a defender or two over everyone else and hope to make something through selling off at least 2 players.

I wouldnt presume you were puchasing every player on that list. :rotf: :rotf: I just provided a buffet list, from which to choose.

Kajifu seemed to suggest 1 CD, 2 CM and 1 Winger.

Were I deciding from that list, with 40 million and the ability to sell:

1. Ozil for a loss
2. Mustafi
3. Nacho Monreal
4. El Neny (Chambers will replace him as a CDM in the squad)
5. Asano
6. Jenkinson --- this is tough because of your home grown quota.

I will bring in the following from the list above, and one outside the list

1. Tagliafico (You guys actually need a left back)
2. Andersen
3. Ndidi or Partey
4. Rabiot (he is on a free)
5. Ziyech
6, Sessegnon

The most expensive player out of the aforementioned 6 will be Ndidi.

P.s-- I do not rate Gomes

But if you know the distance between your head from your butttocks, you wont be taken to the cleaners in negotiations.

Ziyech has a release clause of 25m
Rabiot is free
Sessegnon is in div 2 and had such a wretched season that you can get him for less than 10m. Even lower, if you are trying to give Fulham players on loan.

Andersen would be less than 30m. But that will be covered with the sale of Mustafi. Mustafi has played for Sampdoria before and he was very good for them. You can try to entice them to take him.

Ndidi is the only one that I cannot tell how much Leicester will sell him, since they have never mentioned any number regarding him.
