Mathematically speaking: Tanzania vs DR Congo has NO BEARING on CIV's fate. One of those 2 teams is GUARANTEED to qualify depending on the final score. Morocco has already qualified. The ONLY game that affects CIV is Zambia vs Morocco... where Zambia needs at least a draw or they are out and CIV takes the last 3rd place spot.

Yes. ... and CIV is out because they only have 3pts (and minus 3 GD) as a 3rd place team. That's why they need Zambia to lose so Zambia stays at 2pts in 3rd place. If Zambia draws, they get 3pts and zero GD (better than CIV) and will qualify.

Tanzania OR DR Congo will qualify whether one of them wants to or not.
