Looks like Sarri has had enough of the Morata shenanigans.

Would have liked Giroud to start to provide a presence up top but Sarri knows best. Glad Morata no smell bench
Won’t be bad to try RLC as a false 9, at least he knows where the goal post is

Willian must show strength and panache today. Would have preferred Odoi for him on the wings.

Note the rate Arsenal is climbing the table. Hope it won't be at Chelsea's expense.
they will fight for 5th with wolves :taunt:

Good luck to Chelsea. Not at home to watch the game versus Leicester.

Going back memory lane

Club needs fresh players to get back on track. Especially wingers and a potent striker.

Sarri seems stubbornly resistant to change. As long as Jorginho is still in the anchor role, Chelsea will continue to struggle defensively. His effectiveness appears to be completely dependent on having time on the ball and space, and PL teams have quickly figured that out. While I can understand his argument about Kante in that role, but certainly not Kovacic. He’s as a good a passer as Jorginho but a much better athlete with lower turnover rate.

This is my ideal Chelsea Linuep

Kepa

Azpi Rudiger Luiz Emerson

Kovacic

Kante RB/RLC

Willian Hazard

New #9/Morata until he arrives

Funny you should say that. I think 90% or more are one or two yard pass that were either sideways or backwards. He's not drowning us with assists or chances created either.

Eventually Chelsea fans will catch up to the fact that Jorginho is not a must for every game. Not sure it's worth losing Cesc over as well.

Why are Bayern bidding so much for Hudson-Odoi?

Because they know he has upsides. Chelsea would be foolish to let him go.
