Boly and Van Dyk are not in the same class abeg. Been watching Willy Boly for sometime, a handful guy, but I doubt if he is another Van Dyk.
Well i disagree same was said about Van Dyk when he was playing for Celtic.
I watched Van Dyk at Celtic, anyone who failed to see the potentials in him back then should be sacked as a scout.
My problem with Boly is that he does not look flexible enough, his posture for me just make him look cumbersome. Don't get me wrong I mentioned he is handful, I just don't think he is as good as Van Dyk. Anyways we can disagree to agree. Funny enough anytime I watch Wolves play I always have something to say about Wily Boli because he is one of their stand out players.

Boys were tired. Reminiscent of the performance against Arsenal. We def need players in January.

You noticed Poch could only make 1 sub today. Lamela couldn't make the bench because he picked up a calf injury. We need a big time signing to come into the midfield. I just hope Poch will demand Levy go get Isco.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

If one had told us we would be in this position at the start of the season - we would have been shocked and taken it. For a small squad we have done well. For a squad of players coming from the world cup we have done well. The problem for us is exhaustion. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

Wow Dembele is leaving Spurs in January. That is a loss. I think this means we will definitely be in for someone. I have now written this season off. I have no clue who we can get in.

The loss against Wolves was quite telling. It exposed our lack of depth. It exposed our over-reliance on a few players. It showed the team has been carried most of the season by the same set of players. If you read MoPo's last presser before this match you will be able to tell his frustration and how he doesn't seem optimistic about our chances going there.

As it as it may this is the last match in the long holiday period. The lads have done remarkably well and have to go all out to finish on a solid note. They will have the weekend off to get the much needed rest. Cardiff, like Wolves, will sit back, park the bus and wait until the 70th minute to come and attack, hoping we would have ran out of energy. The lesson at this point is to never relax and assume the match is won when leading by a single or double goal margin. We have to keep going and pushing hard as we did against Everton and Bournemouth. We have the players to do it and they have to stand and be counted.

Although MoPo has indicated there is going to be 4 or 5 changes I doubt it is going to be that many. Aurier is back but I believe he is going to be on the bench ahead of Trippier while KWP will start ahead of them both. Danny should take his place at the LB. If the gaffer opts to go for 3 at the back then it is likely he will go for Foyth to join Toby and Sanchez at the CB. Lloris, as unassuring as he is at the moment, will keep his place since he is getting the league games while Gazzanigga get the cups. Although Skipp has started a league game I am hesitant to believe Poch will change the midfield partnership of Winks and Sissoko. Dele didn't have a good game last time out but neither did Moura when he came on for him. This position may be the one that ends up giving way for the 3 at back. The lineup I believe we will see tomorrow is:

      • Kane
    • Son * Eriksen

Danny * Winks * Sissoko * KWP
  • Toby * Foyth * Sanchez
      • Lloris

Happy New Year my fellow Yids and hope we can start off 2019 on a winning note.

COYS!!!

I haven't read it anywhere that he is leaving however I read that we are heavily linked to Jarrod Bowen.

What will it take for MoPo to give KWP a chance? Why the stubborn persistence with Trippier? Aaargh. Oh well.

It feels so good seeing Danny at LB. He just brings that extra threat.

1-0 Spurs - I expect at least a 6-0 victory here.

Harry Kane becomes the first Premier League player to score against all 28 teams he has faced in the league :D.

We have to get 3 goal margin lead in this half in order to relax in the 2nd half.
