If Courtouis wants out fine, ask for Ascensio or one of the better RM players or offer him back to Atletico and ask for Oblak in return who I think is a better goalie than Courtouis anyway. I really want him gone cos he doesn't inspire confidence in me even in the 2 seasons we won the league. They should not have let Cech a much better keeper leave

What about letting him rot on the bench for one year and then see if Real want him. These guys are on high money contracts and still being disrespectful to the club.

Chelsea should get more Africans like the good ol days.

Na just poor planning. CFC have too many "business" people running the club and not enough "football" people. With 1 yr left on his contract, all man and their Papa knew TC will mos likely leave. Should have secured Allison before WC. Give yourself the advantage of not being held at gun point by TC as can now truly afford to have him rot on the bench or force his agent to get Madrid to up offer.

I support that too.Dont know why our recruiters wont do that though. A player shouldn't have that too much power to force himself out of the club like that

I think that's what the problem is, bean counters handling football affairs. When was the last time u were impressed by our buys in the transfer market like when Costa and Fabregas were brought in

First, I don't think RLC is as good as hyped. He is the proverbial "neat & tidy" player. Keeps ball well but hard to really pin point what exactly is his X-factor?

Regardless, you two should cut him some slack for this game. I think this is his 2nd preseason game. Came back from WC lat week.

I saw him do it at the WC too, seems to tire early a lot. And I agree, he's just neat and tidy without any incisive drive. Una still get that Bertrand Troare kid or you don sell am, he's tidy too and good on the ball.
