Senegal have had the 2 worst referees of this tournament in each of their first 2 games.
Against Tanzania the Tunisian ref let them get away with murder as they continuously hacked the Senegalese players unrestrained.
How Tanzania ended with 11 men was a travesty.
This Sikazwe guy was also horrible, and I remember his face and that he was a horrible ref from a previous match.
He let Algeria continually cynically foul the Senegalese without handing out any cards. He even decided to card Keita Balde for what wasn't even a foul. He let the Algerians intimidate him. The Algerians played dirty, but this stupid ref did nothing to stop them. The Algerians were even screaming for the ref to card the senegalese even though they were the ones commiting most of the fouls.
The refs so far in this tournament have been pretty good, but that Tunisian ref and this Sikazwe guy have been an utter disgrace. How refs just let teams destroy the match without issuing a yellow is beyond belief. The match ended with something like 30 fouls by Algeria to 15 by Senegal.
