FIFA Drug Policy and Enforcement...

In spite of what the western media likes to trumpet about African teams in particular, it is an ill disguised fact that western female football teams are physically superior to their African counterparts in particular and the rest of the female footballing world in general. The Americans, Europeans, Canadians and the rest of the western world are dominating their counterparts from the other continents, not because of their tactical superiority but largely because of their physical superiority. This situation therefore begs the question, how well is FIFA enforcing its drug policies? Have we almost unnoticeably reverted to drug enhanced performances à la the Soviet Union and Germany of the seventies and eighties? This is a very pertinent question especially in this modern age of incredible technology that makes it possible to mask the effects of even the most egregious doping in athletes. Are the western football nations doping and FIFA is either not noticing or unable to detect it :?:

Your thoughtful and rational opinions and responses are welcome :!:

Cheers.
