This is a faulty conclusion. Salah did not score or shine in every game he played for Liverpool. This is like looking at one of those games he did not score in and say the liverpool system is deficient. I'M NOT A BIG FOLLOWER OF MESSI (HAVING SAID YRS BEFORE THAT RONALDO WAS BETTER), BUT...


…I think, despite his lack of international titles, the quality of Messi has occasionally revealed itself. But Salah, neither by goal scoring nor deft touches did he convince anybody in this tournament that he's world class. It will be interesting to see how the SA LB handles Nigeria.
