The first one he called against Senegal was also not a penalty.
Winners do it the right way.

That is a penalty because it prevented the Tunisian player who the ball would have gotten to from making a play; at least a free kick if not.

Tunisians acting like thugs. No professionalism on their part. When winning they act as if they have an injury to kill time but when losing they try to harasses their opponent.

No Koulibaly in the final. That yellow card given was not a fair decision not even a penalty.
