I'll just leave this here. This guy is an excellent footballer who has played the bulk of his career in Algeria. But the cocaine thing is a head scratcher
Doping ban
On September 2015, it was announced that Belaïli was banned from sports for two years by the Confederation of African Football after testing positive for cocaine after a CAF Champions League match on 7 August 2015.[14] However, in March 2016, FIFA confirmed they were giving an extended four-year ban to apply worldwide through 19 September 2019.[15]

Very talented player, however I can't say the same from a mental stand point.
Poor choices(not wanting to play in Europe, doing cocaine)prevented him from having a career that matches his talent.
