Trent will eventually take over Rt side midfield from Hendo. He is that skilled. We do need a striker though. We go again Wednesday..

And a RB to take over from Trent. Move Trent up once Hendo starts to slow down. The league has figured us out with these wide strikers plus Mane obviously is slowing down. Buy a mobile striker who with a good eye for goal. Firmino is a no 10. He kept things lively and we had a lot of chances. But not clinical enough as a 9.

Valiant effort by the Reds but I couldnt believe Spanish lads
could defend like this. Madrid ride through.

Cannot understand Klopp's mgt of this game in 2hf and the decision to sit back...
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp
