Coach: Please Explain What Your Man Is Saying

Post by Senator WIRES »

:taunt:
The former Manchester United legend said in front of a large audience awaiting the Champions League draw in Monaco: '
As flies to wanton boys are we to the gods; They kill us for their sport.

'Soon the science will be able to fix the cells to the state. Soon it will become eternal.

"Soon science will not only be able to slow down ageing of cells, it will fix cells and so we will become eternal. Only accidents, crimes, wars will kill us but unfortunately crimes and wars will multiply. I love football. Thank you."

Someone's thought:

Replying to @btsportfootball

This was cryptic indeed.

I think he meant governments will still find reasons to start war and kill even once we find a way to stop people dying and that football is the only joy we have from the misery across the world.

Absolute brilliance, pitch, delivery, puff pastry, content, all manner of currants and gorgeous syrups. Monsieur Cantona delivered a harrowingly poignant epitaph for man. Who amongst us in infancy or pubertal paddywhack, did not deliver death, more oft than not torturous, to the fly punctuating the room’s quiet with its nuisance? Lighters and deodorant cans, rolled newspapers and leapfrogged sofas, oh the fun that was had.

What is man today besides the flies for the deified amongst us, those who play their games of thrones in parliamentary houses, G10 summits and Bilderburg meetings. Those man-made gods deciding life or death with the twist of a thumb.

Cantona captured it with a kaleidoscope of colours and carnival of thought provocation. And what a stage to deliver it, with the eyes of the world tuned in anticipation the monotonous drool commonplace for such. Fabulous from the Frenchman. Absolutely fabulous.

Says more about the guy than it does Cantona.

Yep, a dunce and a dullard. Nedved was the absolute opposite.
