What a lousy awards. These FIFA jokers should take lessons from the Oscars, and from other American awards. The presenters were lousy--Gullit was barely OK, but the woman was just terrrrrrrrible! Not a one of the jokes came off. Why do they find people who can barely speak English to present in English? The woman was clearly struggling with the language. It was just ridiculous.

The worst part was the selection of men's team of the year. I don't know what Marcelo was doing on the team. I don't know what Sergio Ramos was doing there either. And no Ronaldo. The team had three center backs in Sergio Ramos, de Ligt and van Dijk. Why? Yoroyoro selection.

The vote was not based on today. It was for last season.

Neymar barely played the second half of last season. My personal picks were Sadio Mane and Bernando Silva.

Sadio Mane should have been on the team of the year. These FIFA awards are becoming a joke.

Na una dey pay attnetion to these nonsense pat each other on the back' awards, e worse pass G8. Once African youths stop paying attention to Euro leagues and player worship, they will be better off.
