Euro 2012 s/final: Germany vs Italy

Classic game of two European powerhouses.

Another game of misjudgment by a German manager against Italy.

Juup Derwall in 1982

Joachim Loew in 2012
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

I have been watching games from Russia WC.

I've just finished watching this. Shankly was an amazing man and a socialist. The programme suggested he would be turning in his grave now as football has moved into a global business and clubs uprooted from the communities they belonged to, with so many WEs.

I watched this weekend Robbie Lyle of Arsenal Fans TV in a docu - Football fans under the skin - about how black fans faced racism going to watch football in the 70s and 80s.

Bayern have powered ahead at the break from a brilliant Kimmich goal.

Lucien Favre's Dortmund are what they've always being, win or lose- a nearly team...
