Preferred lineup

4-3-3

Leno
Cedric, Luiz, Gabriel, Thierney
Partey, Xhaka, Ceballos
Pepe, Lacazette, Aubameyang
Arteta will not bench Willian and Belle if they are fit.
This is the best time to collect 3 points from city away.Arteta need to go for 3 points. We should not lost to this man city team.
KDB is out,Sterling is not on form,Kun is not fit,Jesus Gabriel out, their defense is bad .
If we go there fear and respect them too much we will open nyash.
Our passing need be better from the back.City is a very good team that will punish you if you kleep doing silly mistakes. They will force you to make mistake with their pressing game.
Worst take a draw but dont open nyash
Well he should start benching Belerin. The guy was at fault for at least 2 goals against Liverpool. He is a liability defensively. Pep will most likely target Belerin with Sterling.
Niles would do better against Sterling

Looks like it’s Auba down the middle
and Mikel is trusting Holding and benching
David Luiz. Very Interesting.
Ughh Haka starts again?
Why?

Bad lineup by Arteta. Looks like Man city will attack Arsenal through the left.
Winners do it the right way.

Game is on NBC in the US. My HD antenna is acting up. Need to move it to a better location. BTW why can't I get NBC local tv channel on peacock?

Arteta going for it, or is he? It is 3-4-3 but he has Auba, Pepe and Willian. Saka starting for Niles in that left sided role.
Arsène Wenger at Arsenal, 1996 to 2018. I was there.

On that Pepe chance, it looks like City are no longer as defensive solid as they used to be. Who were the CBs marking? But then with an attack like theirs.

We need to be more clinical in cutting off passing lanes.

I understand any game can turn in a dime. But this setup has to be a gift for City
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Saka has improved defensively. Good marking on Mahrez.

Foden should have scored. Where was Belerin?
