Re: Mbappe to Real Madrid
Brahim Diaz is back from loan.
Plus they signed Arda Gula

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Yea, Brahim Diaz is back from loan and they signed the winger, Arda Guler.
However, like I said, they removed Benzema and Dias . . . Mariano Diaz, that is.

Mariano who was not a factor for them- ever. I thought you would mention Asensio.
They were never looking for two strikers...

I cant mention Asensio. Asensio is an attacking midfielder, and so is Brahim.txj wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:55 pmdanfo driver wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:38 pmYea, Brahim Diaz is back from loan and they signed the winger, Arda Guler.

They had 2 strikers in the squad, which they removed. The STRIKERS were Benzema and Mariano Diaz.

Mariano's never counted for Madrid.
The additional areas they're looking at is LB
And then a young CD

Re: Mbappe to Real Madrid
Osimhen isn’t Real Madrid profile/pedigree. If it’s not PSG, it’s Chelsea. Technically, tactically, he’s a better fit for the latter. Mbappe can go there, if he fails to score 50 in his first season they’ll turn faster than toast in a grill. Even more so if it forces Vinicius off the left side of attack.

Coach why no love for Osi?Coach wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 7:20 pm Osimhen isn’t Real Madrid profile/pedigree. If it’s not PSG, it’s Chelsea. Technically, tactically, he’s a better fit for the latter. Why isn’t he good enough for Madrid?
If Joselu can play there then why not …
Re: Mbappe to Real Madrid
The statement in no way implies “no love” for Osimhen, rather is a conclusion based on observation. Before the usual rabble rousers seizes the opportunity to spill sewage from their cistern, at the going rate (100M+), with Mbappe on the horizon and the shape shifting to accommodate Bellingham and brothers, why would they?
Across all sources the odds on Real are as long as those of Tottenham, 25/1. This isn’t because of Anglocentric algorithms and anti-black African sentiment, fortunately, a little more goes into the pot than dot com diatribe. Chelsea or PSG. Beloved are at short odds too. Chelsea being out of the UCL, hasn’t shaken the odds too much. Beloved at 6s, four times shorter than Madrid. There has to be reason.
As for Joselu, why stop there? What of Kepa, Ferran Torres, Oriel Romeu, Marcos Alonso.

Kepa, Romeu, don’t play the striker position.
You said Osi isn’t Madrid pedigree or profile, and all I asked was why my friend.

From a tactical perspective, both on and off the pitch, it’s hard to see Osimhen at shorter than 25s. Can’t recall the last time Madrid had a player of that ilk in a leading role. Do they even have the cash for purchase?
