Rest In Peace ✌️
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." -Michael Jordan

Rest in Peace Ugo. Terrible news at this time.
2 of the finest indigenous coaches Nigeria ever had lost in a space of 4 days. Dear Lord, is this a sign that you are taking away from us what we failed to appreciate? I pray for forgiveness of our sins. I pray for the humility to recognize our wrongs and the humbleness and wisdom to right our ways.

REST IN PEACE COACH STEPHEN KESHI!!! REST IN PEACE COACH AMODU SHAIBU!!!

The English press are labeling him one of the finest defenders of his generation, why then did he end up with a measly 4 caps after being in England squads from 1994 to 2002, a period of 8 years. He was always among the last set of players to be dropped from England squads for Euro'96, France WC'98, Euro 2000 and WC2002. Players of dual nationality should learn from his experience. Ugo could have repped Nigeria in 3 WCs, 1994, 1998 and 2002. Owomoyela ended up regretting dumping Nigeria for Germany ditto Agbonlahor and Onuoha for choosing England over Nigeria.
The former England manager, Late Graham Taylor revealed that English FA bosses asked him to reduce the number of black players in the England squad. That mentality is still pervasive today in the corridors of the English FA and the black player with the non English name is at the bottom of the ladder when it comes to national team selection.
May Ugo's soul RIP.
I am happy

Chei!

An active young man just dies like that at age 44? God, may his soul rest in peace.
"Our enemies are the political profiteers, the swindlers, the men in high and low places that seek bribes and demand 10 percent; those that seek to keep the country divided permanently so that they can remain in office as ministers or VIPs at least, the tribalists, the nepotists, those that make the country look big for nothing before international circles, those that have corrupted our society and put the Nigerian political calendar back by their words and deeds." - Kaduna Nzeogwu

RIP Ugo
