just curious...has any team ever done this in the EPL (apart from Arsenal and their unbeaten season)? Its a Goal wrote:You know you are doing something right when supporters of rival teams try to rubbish your achievement . To go undefeated the entire season at home no be yam. Playing with the youngest team and finishing 2nd with 2 matches left is nothing to sniff at. Getting the highest number of points in the team's history with games left to play is a testament to the direction the team is heading. Call the ManU team all you want but that was a solid team good enough to get away with at least a point. Spurs on the day was better because they were more clinical.

Not sure really. But it is remarkable in the context of the so called "Spursy" team. Unbeaten at home with 2 draws and 14 consecutive wins. Considering how the season fizzled out last season, the boys did very well this time. Record points. Lost only 4 games, best defensive record and possibly second best goals record. It's been a good seasonChief Ogbunigwe wrote:just curious...has any team ever done this in the EPL (apart from Arsenal and their unbeaten season)? Its a Goal wrote:You know you are doing something right when supporters of rival teams try to rubbish your achievement . thanks...so Chelsea did it 4 years in a row? RESPECT!
Credit to Man U, they won the title every time they went unbeaten at home.
