BREAKING: Rev. Mbaka Demands Gift Refund as Rangers use juju
Rev.Mbaka demands refund of 2m Naira gift to Rangers as deposed champions allegedly scatter goat blood on pitch for luck

One of the staunch supporters of Enugu Rangers, Reverend Ejike Mbaka, has demanded the club refund the two million Naira he donated to them when they won the NPFL crown last year, just as there are now allegations of the deposed champions scattering the blood of goat and pigeons on the pitch for luck.
A disappointed Mbaka said his donation to the team was not shared to the players and he has now issued a two-week ultimatum for his cash to be returned to him.
A source close to fiery preacher Mbaka said: “He has given the dissolved management led by Christian Chukwu two weeks to give him back the money, so that he could share the money to the players himself.”
Fresh allegations have also surfaced that the club engaged in all manner of fetish acts in an attempt to win matches.
It was alleged that the blood of goats and pigeons were often scattered around the pitch to give Rangers luck ahead of crucial matches.
However, some officials of the dissolved management of Enugu Rangers have debunked these claims.

The story is vague.
The rev wants a refund because:
i) the money was not shared to the players...or
ii) because of the juju non-issue
The first reason might make sense...
the second reason is garbage

Mbaka at it again. Did hé pray before hé gave the money to Rangers? He seems to believe that using jazz and chopping monies for players started today.

As a man of the church, I would've expected he'd have more worthy causes than this to support with that kind of money.

He's also a human being and a Rangers fan. I'm sure EPL groupies like you wouldn't complain if he donated the money to Arsenal.theYemster wrote:As a man of the church, I would've expected he'd have more worthy causes than this to support with that kind of money.

Reading the article again, the two are unconnected. The first reason is Fr. Mbaka's grouse while the second reason is a not-so-clever journalist's attempt at broadening the issue and attracting attention to his report.FATHER TIKO wrote:The story is vague.

My brother, that's why I itemized that "second reason"; to highlight the laughable tabloid-bent of the article...tossing a gossip about juju into a story involving a Christian religious personality and Rangers...ukwala wrote:Reading the article again, the two are unconnected. Re: BREAKING: Rev. Mbaka Demands Gift Refund as Rangers use
He probably just threatened the club to refund his money if it wasn't distributed to the players as originally intended...
The rest is just padding and junk ..

A gift is a gift. The gift is to be used as the receiver sees fit, unless the conditions of the gift was specified during the gift by the giver
