The problem is they keep giving possession away, they are too predictable with the long searching balls.

No be coincidence. That is why I said that our footballers should be required to sit for written football exams to evaluate their understanding of football fundamentals.Odas wrote:Mehnnnn! What kind of thing is this? All kinds of error by our people.

mane don tire.
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14
I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Nah, poor keeping. If you are going to come out that far, you either collect or punch well clear. What you don't do is miss it completely. Anyway communication in that situation is keeper's responsibility.Cellular wrote:Not poor goalkeeping.ohenhen1 wrote:Poor goalkeeping

Re: Japan (2) vs Senegal (2) Match Thread 2H
Senegal have taken too many touches in possession. Not quick and deliberate enough in mid-field. Need a play maker and more incisive play from wings.

All the teams representing Africa are weak
Nwabali -- Aina, Bassey, TroostEkong, Sanusi --- Chukwueze, Aribo, Ndidi, Iwobi --- Osimhem, Sadiq Umar

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.
We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Niang finally limped off to be replaced by Diouf.
2 of the finest indigenous coaches Nigeria ever had lost in a space of 4 days. Dear Lord, is this a sign that you are taking away from us what we failed to appreciate? I pray for forgiveness of our sins. I pray for the humility to recognize our wrongs and the humbleness and wisdom to right our ways.

To do the opposite and be unpredictable requires you to think quickly and that can be difficult If you have spent years cultivating a lazy football brain.
