Yes, interesting development. Will be interesting to see who is the no 1 goalie under Seedorf. Onana from Ajax Amsterdam seems the obvious choice...

Nice pickups from French youth teams like Jerome Onguege, Adrien Tameze and Jean Paul Bahoken (albeit Bahoken and Onguene were actually born and raised in Cameroon).

Goalkeepers: Fabrica Ondoa (Oostende, Belgium), Andre Onana (Ajax Amsterdam, Netherlands), Carlos Kameni (Fenerbahçe, Turkey)

Defenders: Collins Fai (Standard Liege, Belgium), Felix Eboa (Guingamp, France), Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui (Slavia Prague, Czech Republic), Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo (Montpellier, France), Banana Yaya (Panionios, Greece), Jerome Onguene (Red Bull Salzburg, Austria), Gaetan Bong (Brighton, England), Allan Nyom (Leganes, Spain)

Midfielders: Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa (Fulham, England), Georges Mandjeck (Maccabi Haifa, Israel), Adrien Tameze (Nice, France), Pierre Kunde Malong (Mainz, Germany), Edgar Salli (Nuremberg, Germany)

Forwards: Fabrice Olinga (Mouscron, Belgium), Vincent Aboubakar (Porto, Portugal), Stephane Bahoken (Angers, France), Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting (Stoke City, England), Karl Toko Ekambi (Villareal, Spain), Paul-Georges Ntep (Wolfsburg, Germany), Moumi Ngamaleu (Young Boys, Switzerland)
What a name.

I've said it over and over, you cannot make a statement on the world stage like getting to the semi's of the world cup using a bunch of players from china, UAE etc. Very substandard leagues. Ofcourse, you would have 1 or 2 exceptions in the team like (Amuneke in zamalek or Emenalo in USA) but you cant build a team based on exceptions.

Anyone following Bobby Adekanye (19yr old in Liverpool U23 team). Apparently they got him from Barcelona in 2015. He joined Barcelona from Ajax.

Is Awaziem still with Porto or has he moved ? I guess he will be better off leaving the team for a team he will feature regularly.

He dropped off the radar at some point.
He had the triple choice of Holland, Naija and even Spain.
So what has he been up to?
He was all the rave as a pre-adolescent...

Same noise made about Habeeb Makanjuola that went to Chelsea at age 13 or so.

Balogun played well against Liverpool.
Seth Sincere had another wonderful game playing RB.

Ola Aina having a great game against Inter on the left side of defense. Troost playing another 90mins for Udinese. Joel Obi second half substitute for Chievo. Dennis Bonaventure scored for Club Brugges against Anderlecht

Iwobi was very average and was subbed. Didt watch nididi and Nacho but Ndidi had a game rating of 7.0 and Nacho 6.5.

Watched the Brighton and pool game. Balogun was pretty average and didnt seem involved for long parts.

Etebo got his first full game.

Awaziem not listed for the match, Onazi started and Nwakaeme was subbed in. Watched some parts of the game and he was pretty interesting.

Uche Agbo and Ajagun were unused subs. Agbo has been rocking the bench lately. Imoh got his 5mins on the field.

Nwakali was subbed in at the 68min (Eagles player o).

I am seriously warming to the idea of Iwobi leaving Arsenal to play for a team that will fully appreciate and use his talents as a true central attacking midfielder and no more play on the wings

I totally disagree. HE WAS FANTASTIC TODAY AGAINST LIVERPOOL! I watched the full match and was superb. Even the commentators were drooling over his performance. We (Naija) are very lucky to have such a defender. I wish Arsenal bought him. He is a million miles better than Mustafi.
