NFAchairman, Osigwe played for Nigeria at the Toulon tournament a few years back plus he has stated loudly that he want to play for Nigeria but Rhor keeps ignoring him for wastepipes like Akpeyi.

Before the WC Osigwe said he wanted to play for Nigeria. He has also represented Nigeria at youth level.

I saw Afelokhai play well for Enyimba. Uzoho also played well for Elche. I don't think Nigeria is experiencing a goalkeeping crisis. Young goalkeepers will have off days.

Good work on Nigerian players who are based outside the country. The idea of tracking their performance weekly and also tracking players on the radar is good. It lets us have an idea who the next call up could be as well as the true class of our team.
Well done Chairman. :thumb:
I suggest you add Ebere Eze to your 'on the radar' list sha.
I try to avoid putting D2 players on "the radar" list. I only add them when Rohr invites them.

Afelokhai is not part of the SE. Bizarrely his reserve/backup GK gets in the national team ahead of him! Uzoho has been sitting on the bench for a team in Div 2. Akpeyi is a reserve for a South African club. All 3 of our SE GKs are reserves - one of them for a Div 2 team, another a reserve for a team in Nigeria, and another a reserve for a team in South Africa.

This is the (10th week Oct 22 - Oct 29) review of tracking players starting roles, appearances and sometimes performance. This is also a Champions league/ Europa n week so we it woudl also be captured in this update.

.Backed by popular demand, David Nwokolor has been added to the list.
.Should I add Ubong Ukpai to this list? His team is in the CL and he came in as a sub in the last round of CL.

This is a color scheme of Top Nigerian Players, League quality and club performance.
*Very Good standing (Top 5 Leagues and Pedigree teasms in CL - Porto, Gala, etc): Must also Play regularly for their clubs
*Good standing (TOp 10 clubs in Next 5 leagues - Belgium, Dutch, Portugal, Turkey, Russia): Must play regularly. Also includes super Subs in Green category.
*Very Average (Switzerland, Ukraine, Austria, Scotish, MLS etc and Bottom 8/10 of Next 5 Leagues (BUrsaspor, Eupen, VVV venlo etc): Must Play regularly. Also includes supersubs from Blue Category and chronic bench warmers in Green Category

Quick Analysis

Defence
.Balogun is still chopping bench seriously.
.Omeruo would be in the green category by this weekend if he starts
.Brian Idowu: Seems like he's back to the starting position and should be green by this weekend
.Our most inform defenders are omeruo, troost-ekong, brian idowu and ola Aina
.Jamilu is doing very well in German D2 but its still D2 football

MIdfield
.Alex Iwobi and Ndidi are our hottest midfielders.
.Onazi is doing very well in Turkey but he is playing in a league lower in standard to Alex, Ndidi and even Joel Obi
.Mikel Agu has been starting in Setubal but again, his team and league is at par with Onazi but lower than alex, ndidi and Joel.
.In the midfield, no "on the radar" player is making a push for the SE invite. The guys currently playing thatposition in the SE are not under threat.

Attack
.As mentinoed last week: "Emem Eduok (5 goals), Victor Oimhem (5goals), Sylvester Igboun (4goals) are all pushing for a callup to the SE." Osimhen has gotten his callup. Emem and especially Igboun are still very hot. If they keep it up, they would be in the next SE list.
.Stephen Odey (6goals) is doing very well scoring 2 goals in the week in review both in the league and Europa. I would suggest we keep studying him till end of the season.
.Isaac Success woudl be in the green category if he starts this weekend.

FOr the Nigerian players, its been topsy turvy but slowly and steadily looking better. Hopefully, 80% woudl cement starting positions by mid-season. Looking forward to seeing atleast 75% of the team with Green.

Your color scheme is off.

Let me explain.

Playing in the Tier 1 Leagues; EPL, Laliga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Lique 1 and the top clubs in Europe not in these leagues (Gala, Porto, anderlecht, Shanktar, etc), puts the player automatically in the green category.

If that players starts nealry every week (except injury), he remains in green. If he is a supersub, he has Blue (Not purple). If he is chopping bench seriously, he falls to red.
+++++++++++++++++++++++
A player in the Tier 2 leagues like Belgium, Portugal, TUrkey etc are automatically in the Blue. IF they maintain starting shirts, they remain blue (they can never be green unless they are in CL and blazing it). If they are supersubs, they fall to red, if they are choping bench or not making matchday squad, they fall to black
+++++++++++++++++++++++
Same for Tier 3 leagues and useless leagues like china

NOw i update these color schemes every 4weeks. So if Isaac starts this weekend, he moves up to Green.

he was on my list initially after his first Europa then he went missing so i removed him. but he seems to be back now even playing in the league so he would be back on my list though missing him out last week was a mistake.

This is the (11th week Oct 29 - Nov 5review of tracking players starting roles, appearances and sometimes performance. Its also a Domestic cup week so we it woudl also be captured in this update.

Updating color schemes too.

.Samuel chukwueze back on the list

GoalKeeper
We still have issues with GK. Hopefully, Uzoho plays himself to the Top League rather than loose starting shirt in D2.

Defence
.Omeruo and Ekong are playing regular, top flight and quality football. They both play in the middle of the back 3 in the last 1/2games.
.AIna is also hot and making a name for himself in the Serie A. 1 season of this performance and he would a world class player.
.Balogun's situation is worrying. Match fitness is key in world football but I guess he can get by in African footie.
.Brian Idowu is really pushing for that starting shirt all the way and he is getting close while Jamilu Collins is playing beautiful football in German D2. I can put my money that he would be in Top Legaue by next season.
.We are short of Central Defenders in the pipeline. Apart from the regular 5 (Omeruo, Balogun, Troost, Semi, Awaziem), we have nothing in the pipeline. We have Pius Udeme and a former Plateau united defender both playing in Portuguese D2.

MIdfield
.Alex Iwobi and Ndidi are by far our hottest midfielders.
.Onazi is killing Turkey this season though he is playing in a league lower in standard to Alex, Ndidi and Joel Obi.
.Obi always starts in Serie A when he is fit. He is a great backup in the central midfield.
.Both Esiti and Mikel Agu are back to regular football. Which one of then would make it to 2019 ANC.

Attack
.Isaac success, kelechi, Kalu, Henry, CHukwueze are playing regular, top flight quality football.
.Success, Kalu, Henry and chukwueze have been very HOT in the past 4games for their club.
.Sylvester Igboun (4goals) is in TOP FORM and would pronanly not be in Ufa next season. Very skilled player.
.Stephen Odey (7goals) and Onuachi (8goals) are also turning their leagues inside out.

Unleashing a team with Omeruo, Ekong, Aina, Jamilu, Idowu, Alex, Ndidi, Success, Kalu, Henry and Chukwueze on any African opponent would be unfair.

Quick Analysis

*Rohr has invited most Nigerian Players that are currently HOT, intop form and starting regular except Joel who scored in Serie A this weekend and Onazi who has been posting some spectacular performances this season.

*From the list of invites, Simon Moses is still not up to scratch. He is barely playing games in the Laliga. If this doesnt change, Sylvester Igboun (who plays from the left, right and attacking midfield and has 4 goals) is killing it and can be a replacement or Eduok in Turkey (5goals).

*Leon and Awaziem are stuck to the bench and should make a move by midseason if this bencholomia continues

*Anderson Esiti is back to been a starter. He is currently Nigeria's best midfielder not currently invited by ROhr but if he keeps up, should be in the next list.

*We need to keep an eye on Paul Onuachi (Scored again this wekend, 9Goals), Samuel Adegbenro (2goals) and Stephen Odey (7 Goals).
