Sorry Pulisic will not improve Chelsea. He isnt an upgrade from the likes of Hazard, Willian and Pedro

He is 20. He has an upside. Willian and Pedro are reaching the age where they are supposed to be backups. Chelsea is building for the future.

The only issue I see here is not being able to fill that spot from the academy.

Why is he being loaned back to Dortmund and are we getting any world class striker or relying on Arnotauvic or some old cargoes from nowhere?

Dortmund's request. They would have no other RW should something happen to Sancho.

Would have cost CFC around 80M if he came over now. I think it is the best arrangement so he could get full preseason before playing competitively for Chelsea.

He definitely is not the one calling the shots as regards to incoming players. He should be called to order as regards the youth players in the team. If the club loses CHO, it will be on him.
