Valencia is not offering much offensive, Young is more likely to go past defenders and whip in crosses

Good game so far

Theman looks like a middle aged Sunday league football player... He has hardly gone past the center line.. He is still playing Jose formation

Mata not really doing what i expect of him, Lingard will give us added pace up front

Soemone needs to remind valencia Mourinho is long gone, if he cannot offer anything offensively, take him out and bring Young and Sanchez or Lingard for Mata, our last 3 games has been based on pace, right now there is only pace on the left side, mata/ valencia are not stretching the defence

I also think Rashford has a knock, been a bit subdued, all we have to do in the next half is keep it simple, the opportunities will come

good half.

Newcastle looking to hit us on the break, playing 5 at the back

Jones has played well, bar one or 2 mishaps
Pogba is a passenger, however Newcastle players are kicking him

Martial is having an off game

Valencia should not have started.

Pogba should just revert to keeping it simple, thats all, he does not need to over elaborate on the ball, Newcastle players are getting away with murder, the ref has been kind to some of their tackles

Right now whats missing is pace on the right side, our build up is too predictable, i will give Mata/ Valencia 10 mins to improve or they should give way, Valencia has not crossed the ball once

I guess OGS has the chance to see what players make the grade

2nd half, i will expect more from the team

Shaw, Young and Valencia are past it
At least Shaw is coming forward, valencia just stays on the bye line, yes Young is in his 30s but he can still do a job at the right side in comparison to valencia
