He was top class. So was Sterling. I'd give it to Sterling though.
he is the reason it wasn't 3-1

Gutted...Did enough to get a point...three clearances off the goal line....

Hopefully we rebound quickly. Goal is to win the league not set records...

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

He created that all important second goal, as well as a few others. If you don't create, there won't be any chances to convert.

Hate to complain about refs but how is Kompany's challenge not a red card?

Liverpool got away with their fair share of fouls the ref missed today.

Its a game changing decision. The fouls u refer to happened on both sides...

2 feet off the floor; maybe last man on the defence line....

After all the favorable calls Liverpool has enjoyed all season, you folks should be the last to complain about missed calls.

Nonetheless it should have been a red card

Good game. Close game.

If Liverpool can keep their players fit in the second half of the season I expect them to win the title.

Potentially, one, if memory serves me well VVD won the ball first and caught Mertens in the follow through?
