Why is Emenalos achievements being overlooked
I keep hearing the name of Jody Morris in terms of the development of this young players, I remember stating on this site that without Emenalo those boys would never have gotten the opportunity
The only other club that let black go thorugh in London is Crystal Palace, Charlton and West Ham.
I hope the boys remember him.

What is Michael Emenalo's influence at Chelsea?
Michael Emenalo heads the scouting and academy programs at Chelsea.
The Nigerian has the final say on who the club should try and buy, but works closely with the manager to identify realistic and attainable targets.
He then reports to director Marina Granovskaia and owner Roman Abramovich, who will conclude the transfer fee and contract negotiations.
I hope the boys remember him.

1. *Are
2. Maybe because Tomori, Mount, CHO and Tammy all joined before Emenalo joined Chelsea and Jody Morris and Joe Edwards were the ones most closely involved in their development.

Even stupid Nigerians like Kalani JR overlook his achievements so, why won’t the British
Cheers.

Re: Why is Emenalos achievements being overlooked
The thing about Emenalo is he isn't very popular amongst many Chelsea fans because they saw him as part of the Avram Grant clique aka Mourinho's backstabbers and he is also the architect of the loan system that is so reviled. In addition to that his role at the club was never truly defined or delineated. As these players progress he will deserve and likely receive praise but who knows how much.
