On 27 May 2019, Olise was called up to the France U18 for the 2019 Toulon Tournament. Olise is also eligible to represent England and Nigeria at international, with his brother Richard representing England at Youth level. Olise made his debut on 2 June 2019, against Qatar U23.

He is probably a Nigerian from birth. He became Nigerian the moment he left his mother's womb.
