I'll really be pissed off if England cap tie this kid and turn him into another Agbonlahor... I see Tomori and Tammy going that route soon. Saka is too talented to just be cap-tied for the sake of it and relegated to the third tier... which might as well be the case if he chooses England, especially with the overloads of emerging talents they now have (I'm talking about pure English breeds and not second generation children of immigrant parents).

So when I say fight for what's yours, dual citizens are more than fair game. As long as he is a bona fide Nigerian - shared with another nationality or not; 'trained' by others or not - he is 'ours' and we should go for it with full conviction, no apologies.
Like I said before, when the Brits were stealing our Benin Bronzes (and countless other treasures), they didn't apologise and 'till today, they have refused to give them back.

If he decides to play for England, it should come as no surprises considering he has represented her at all junior levels, it will be a purely business decision as English kids are quite expensive in the transfer market and his dad had to quit his lucrative career In order to travel with him all round Europe and in the UK!
