We all have eyes but the eyes also works with the brain to clearly decern what it seeskali wrote:At first I thought that the U17 team of 2013 was the more talented but after the game against Mexico I believe this team is better. Why? They do not rely on swift counters like the 2013 team and still are able to pile on the goals. They play almost like a German team without flair but with grit and with a far longer range of passing. Their passing interchange in attack is a beauty to behold, their movement off the ball is excellent. Their stamina is fantastic.
Talent-wise you could see the 2013 team had a lever in Iheanacho and Yahaya and has the edge in talent. I don't know who stands out in this team. They all complement each other. I was impressed by the wing play but felt like the combination passing into the box could have been better for shorter tap ins.
To me if anyone is going to come out of this team into professional success I would choose those whose bodies have developed the least:
- Osihmen
- Nwakali
- Chukwueze

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."

We fit make comparisons now Sir???joao wrote:Wisdom says, "don't count your chicks before the eggs are hatched". Why not wait for this team
to lift the trophy before making any comparison with the 2013 edition? Yes, this team is good but
we should not be running to unnecessary conclusions yet.
Re: Our PREVIOUS U17 HAS nothing on this TEAM
Both were great teams in their own right.
We should not make the mistake of taking this 2015 to the 2017 U20s. More experience is needed.

The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics
