Martinez has turn a very poor Aston Villa team to a good team, the way he command his area and organised his defense is a joy to work, this was a team fighting to stay in the league and they are 12 points in 4 games with a game in hand that if they win its 15 points. He has kept two clean sheet.I hope when we face them he do us a favor and Leo just outshine him with us picking 3 points.
Aston Villa look like a serious team that will not be easy to beat ooooh

This present Arsenal team is good enough for a Top

Personally I have little confidence in Arteta, hope

Truth is this team this season can compete for the title,Liverpool is not good like last year,City still find it hard to get to t heir best.
Look at Everton how they are competing ,then a poor Aston Villa looking so good.Arteta need to wake up fast and get to winning ways.
We have not play well in all our 5 games.

Aston Villa won't even make top 10. But they have had a good start to the season. Let's see how they adjust to the grind of the entire season.

Some say he is a counter attack guy who has drilled his team on how to improve build up from the back that Emery started.

A different style of parking a bus?....
Emery did not start build up play from the back at Arsenal.

Arteta has done what every smart Coach/Manager does, he has made the most of the resources at his disposal. After lockdown, Ozil issues meant he had to change the system. In effect, his 3-4-3 sacrifices offence for defensive solidity. But your players have to buy into your ideas. What is clear is, the players work off the ball has improved immensely.

How long are we going to rebrand the ad hoc Diego Simeone/Mourinho tactics, albeit with the formation tweak here and there

Anyway if its bringing glory it's fine, about time those tactics got some respect from the attacking football snobs
You know what, it is a very interesting 3-4-3 because of Luiz role. Luiz is effectively the one who steps into midfield making it a 4-3-3, when Xhaka and Ceballos are getting very close marking. The tweaks make the 3-4-3 a bit more offensive, buy it is essentially a defensive system, designed to stop us conceding as its main priority.
Cheers for you time explaining.
The next league game at the Etihad shall make for interesting tactical viewing.
Klopp did say some nice things about Arteta and his tactics after the league game. He is a fan
Yep. For me the City game is important but not a changer or breaker of anything about the season.

Arteta has to know he can't face Man City with Xhaka and Ceballos in the midfield. Only shot vs Man city is midfield with power, pace, mobility and legit engine. Understand not starting Partey but no AMN..
Leno should have done better in that goal, why push it towards the center?
Do you know Martinez never lost against City,Liverpool and Chelsea when start?
Arteta should be blame alone for this game
Stop talking rubbish. You hate Leno and it’s ok but stop making things up to buttress your weak points.
Bro i dont hate anyone if that is how you do hating others i feel sorry for you.Hate is a strong word.
Now did we lost a game when Martinez was in goal against City,Liverpool twice?
Yes to your answer, they lost to one of your mentioned team. Find out for yourself which one.

Like I said earlier, Arteta can talk about a "clean slate" all he wants but there was / is a clear and obvious pattern of an attempt to sideline players signed by / during the Emery era: Pepe, Guendouzi, Torreira, Saliba

But he kept Leno over Martinez?

Pepe is playing, though if I were Arteta, I will send him to the U-23 to learn how to play. Guendouzi? He wasn’t all that. Loan deal serves him right. As for LT, I love the fight in him but he is too little for the role in EPL.
There is sideline if you refused to see the issues with each player. There is non when you do.

Our whole season will hinge on how quickly
Mister Partey hits the ground running while Arteta
struggles with the basic art of setting up a balanced
lineup and making timely substitutions that make
a lick of damn sense.
If not I can see a fan revolt because poor fball and equally
poor results will not be tolerated amongst this restless fan base

TP might really have to be a savior!

They have quality. They bought some decent players with sugar daddy's largest from last season.

They have spent close to £200m on transfers since the season they got promoted.

Make we nor dey take mai mai eye look them anymore o.

It is not official yet but multiple news sources
are saying that Ozil has been dropped from the
25 man EPL team roster.
This list can be revised in the new year but I will say again
that the club needs 2 take the #10 jersey back and ban
the dude from London Cooney ...

Cheif na set up in 3 weeks they play us and you know we have no choice but beat them.A beloved victory is a must,i want them keep winning but come 3 weeks i expect us beat them. The fact we even discuss them doing so well in the start of the season shows they have improved.
The fact that you dont see anything wrong with letting that boy go and handing Leno a starting spot is sad

They are doing well the only team to drop points yet,i expect Arsenal to beat them,i would not expect my team to drop points.
So answer my question is Villa doing well or not?4 games 4 win and second in the table.Beat Liverpool in the process and Leicester.
This is a team that if VAR was honest should have head to championship.
They were bad last year and this year they do have a better keeper than the ex liverpool keeper

If rumours that Ozil is left out of the EPL squad, then Arteta is simply losing it. Here he is with a team lacking creativity and the only bonafide creative player in the team is being snubbed? A case of Arteta "cutting the nose of to spite the face".

On a sideline we now see how the sale fo Martinez has come to bite Arsenal. Martinez qualifies as a home-grown player. That's what you get with rookies running around like headless chicken.
