Same here, sounds like fake news to me...olu wrote:I don't believe the reports. I do hope they were some frank/stern discussions between the players and the coaches following the game, which is what I would expect from a team with mature players and coaches.

It is more likely overblown and then leaked out to the media for an effect. However, is it possible that some coaches and players disagreed with Rohr's decision. HELL, YES. But that is always the case. The only reason this is in the media is simply because the outcome of the game was disappointing.
The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

I think it's normal for players to express frustration after an embarrassing result. I would be more concerned if no displeasure was expressed by both the players and coaches.

Don’t know how true this story is, but if your team squanders a 4-0 lead, the biggest fault lies with the coach. So in general, the argument of the story is accurate

I know it’s confusing,Musa shouldn’t even be playing but Rohr foolishly keeps giving him a chance!vancity eagle wrote:Musa is angry with Rohrs decisions ?
Is he angry that he was called up and started, when fat and clubless ?
His anger should start there.
