A good game from United yesterday.
Donny Van De Beek shows why fans are crying for him to start, maybe Ole must build the team around the guy. But then problem is there is Bruno and also Pogba.

Plus we don't know what kind of performance awaits this weekend, i guess that's why many here are unmoved by yesterday's win

Winning at home against a team with 35yo Demba Ba up front, should not really come as a shock.

...then why did they not win against a team with 35yo Demba Ba 2 weeks ago?

Remember home wins have been scarce so far this season for United.
Anyway still a long journey ahead in CL, PSG at Old Trafford and then RB Leipzig away.
Just 1 point needed for qualification, but it can potentially turn into a nasty situation, knowing United

2 weeks ago - the game was in Turkey and involved a 5000 mile trip.

The game this week as a home game for Man Utd.

...been finished since Rashford, Martial resurrected from their injuries, then they added Carvani, and bubbling young kid Greenwood. He might have to start packing his bags back to China if he so wish to continue.

Martial would not have scored either of those goals that Cavani scored. Not because Martial is not a good finisher, but rather because he would not have had the striker's instinct to follow up and move into position for those chances. Notice that for the winning goal, Cavani ran across the entire Southampton back-line and pointed to tell Rashford the space where he wanted the ball delivered. That is the work of a natural striker/goal scorer. Martial would never have done that.

...Martial is still in competition with Rashford for scored or will score the highest goal. I smell jealousy.

Why did the ref not give a straight red to Fred?

Should be a fred. Not yellow.
