i guess you didn't see his assist vs Pool or his goal vs Chelsea..smholu wrote:In some ways he is underrated. In my opinion though, he doesn't get more notoriety largely because he's a defensive specialist, and not a two way midfielder. Those type of CMs are typically in higher demand.

Re: Wilfred Ndidi - Underrated?
I saw both. His primarily role though is to win balls and make the short pass to the open man. If you watch his game closely you will notice many of his passes are lateral or backwards. Not knocking him, just describing what I see. He is a quality DM, but two way CMs are in higher demand.

Ndidi's passing has improved/changed manifold since Brendan Rodgers came to Leicester...olu wrote:I saw both. His primarily role though is to win balls and make the short pass to the open man. Not only the quality, but he now more often than not turns with the ball and passes forward (unless Tielemans is nearby).

Re: Wilfred Ndidi - Underrated?
You just described Mikel at Chelsea, Ndidi is different, he takes more responsibility on the field especially since Rogers took charge. You can even see him instructing the players where to pass the ball.olu wrote:I saw both. His primarily role though is to win balls and make the short pass to the open man. Re: Wilfred Ndidi - Underrated?
Why are u mad? Weren't you the one singing trash about those english rejects at Fulham? Have you ever given kudos to any Naija born player on these forums? You were ever praising some Korean born Spanish kid a few days back. That kid will never ever play for the SE.The YeyeMan wrote:The usual gibberish from you.Bigpokey24 wrote:What a player, born and raised in Nigeria, not some pathetic Fulham champion trash London born English leftover rejects.
