On course to win the Euro with England this summer. Place your bets.

What ever happened to the photos and caricatures?

Anyway...Southgate won't "bring it 'ome", he's too straight and narrow. Not an arc in the curve, its all straight lines, rulers and set-squares. England will line-up 4-2-3-1, beat who they're supposed, labour where they shouldn't and lose where they must. They're too predictable. They most certainly do have the qualities to be a force, but can't see Southgate crossing the rubicon, instead he'll keep to the shallows and settle for almost. That he flew to the Netherlands to watch Henderson says it all. Ironically, he's too local, not nearly continental enough in his approach.

Raheem won’t start. Would be a decent wager that he doesn’t go.

I agree with ya.
Barring major injuries his time with the three lions may be up. Some talented lads ahead of him ATM …

Be a waste if England don't win this Euro. Only France comes close on the talent depth chart. Anyway back to more important matters. Where is the Pep Picture Purveyor? Is he on strike? :woot: Results didn't go his way or something? :woot: :woot: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: Somebody please check under the stove! :rotf: :rotf:

Is it a coincidence that can’t stop scoring since Tross the Boss has been our false nine?
Don’t wanna put such a negative spin on Jesus but one just has to wonder …

Tough call.
Happy Arteta has that job.
I know Jesus would rather play as a nine than out wide and is popular in the dressing room but we shall see how it pans out. As long as the wins keep coming there’s little reason to change

We miss the line breaking passes and forward progression of Partey. Jorgi could be an option but he is a liability against a team playing for the counter
