Re: We are finished and a disgrace to Africa!

You guys don’t realize that our group is very dangerous. We historically struggle with Southern Africa team - they play fast one touch football with nimble naturally gifted skillful players. Our group has at least 3 team from that region. Goodbye to 2026 WC. Not with this group of player. Not happen...

Re: Nigeria 🇳🇬 🆚 Sao Tome & Principe (6-0) our Osimhen x3, Lookman, Awoniyi, Samu

By the way, let me say, as an anti-Persario activist, that under Rohr we would laboured to a 2-0 victory in this match. We would have better shape and structure, but we would not have unleashed the hounds. So at least from an entertaining point of view, it’s better now. Solid 2-0 under Rohr. You ar...

Re: So NFF can't organize a friendly against an African neighbor?

Back to the usual NFF relying on government hand-outs to run affairs of the teams. No creativity. Lazy clueless bunch. At least Pinnick actually sourced for private sector funds. Now back to square one. Peseiro likely accepted a pay cut because he wants to take a shot at the AFCON title with this te...

Re: Our Osimhen ( goal x2 plus assist) vs Juventus (5-1)

Osimhen missed out on a worldcup appearance in what is essentially his prime. Given how Nigerian players develop - they are usually in their prime at 23-24, he may never play at a worldcup.

Re: Peseiro unpaid in 7 months.

You do the math. How the heck is he owed 7 months salary, if he was paid in november and started being SE'S coach in mid may? THIS is why yall need to research before posting with confidence I didn’t say he was owed exactly 7months. That one is on the NFF official. Instead of addressing the alleged...

We will never hear the end of it if Argentina win this. Now I want France to beat Morocco 🇲🇦.. Just because Morocco will more than likely let Argentina beat them in the Final game. Only France can save us now!

Re: Morocco - Best African team ever.

They are the best CAF team ever. It’s SIMPLE. Please don’t mention useless Nigerian teams in the same sentence as this Morocco. No Nigerian team in History has shown 50% of the discipline on display from this Morocco. NONE. All CAF teams need to take a lesson from this Moroccan team. They would have...

Re: NIGERIA WOULD HAVE DONE VERY WELL AT THIS WC

What a let down by Ghana. How do you screw up such an opportunity to advance? Miss a penalty and then concede 2 goals all within the 1st half of a must-not-lose match? How can you be so mentally weak - against a weak Uruguay team too. I know Uruguay- they are the “Italy”of South America. The rule in...

Re: DOES NIGERIA HAVE PROBLEMS PLAYING TACTICALLY?

The answer to the question is “an unequivocal yes!” Nigerian players make very poor decisions at critical moments of a game, lack discipline, and generally lack full fitness (they are completely tired after 75 minutes), and lack concentration. We see this over and over again, across generations.

Napoli are pulling every card possible to win the league. Osimhen is clearly not injured. He doesn’t realize that the more he pulls tricks like this, the less Napoli will respect him. Napoli understand how huge an honor it is for players to represent their country - even in friendly matches. They kn...

Re: PESERIO: My View About Status of Players..... What is Your View?

This guy - Peseiro is passionate and proud of his job as the coach of the Nigerian National Team. No condescending rhetorics. I think the NFF chose the right candidate for the first time in their history. He will go far with the team! The signs are there for all to see.

Re: General assessment of Peseiro so far

The beating of Sao Tome was good, but I still think we crossed the 'professional' line in what we did. I think five, or six goals should have been enough. Thereafter, we should have made it a 'practice game' and STOP scoring. Well, e gud sha, wetin smol pikin like me sabi? I tend to agree with you....

Re: I said it before, and I'll say it again

On second look Sao Tome is not actually as bad as I thought. Look at their results from 2021 afcon qualifying. Ghana 3 Sao Tome 1 Sao Tome 0 Ghana 1 S. Africa 2 Sao Tome 0 Sao Tome 2 S. Africa 4 Neither SA or Ghana beat them by more than 2 goals in 2 attempts. They were beaten 4-0 by Sudan in the s...

Looks like NFF made the right decision for once in hiring this guy. He is passionate and demands a lot from his players. With more time with the team I see better days ahead. Peseiro is a proactive modern coach. Makes Rhor and Eguavoen look like dinosaurs. It’s crazy. A coach that reads the game and makes changes right away.. not sitting around waiting to hold-on to dear life - like Rhor against Argentina.

Re: Nigeria vs Sierra Leone 2:1(Iwobi and Vic ) HT(2x assist Moses)

Sierra Leone are no joke. Teams like this are always difficult as we can’t dominate them with physicality and athleticism. They’re even more athletic than our players. Beating them requires football intelligence and high technical ability.

Re: Peseiro Invites Squad for Upcoming AFCONQ.....

I don’t think it’s fair to suggest that Peseiro drop Musa without assessing him up close first. That’s a decision he (Peseiro) would make after the set of games this June, and after having seen what he has to offer. Musa remains a legend and no new coach would dump a player like that without seeing...
