Re: Well Written Article!!
I’ve just read the Odegbami article. It’s so full of old derogatory clichés, it’s unbelievable. Almost every backhand insult I listed earlier is in there. No wonder the black panthers are very happy. :rotf: So you wrote paragraphs without reading the article? Yes. You didn’t see me comment on the a...

If you don't like the article, please look within yourself. This is an excellently written article by the Mathemical himself. https://www.completesports.com/finidi-george-shepherding-a-new-era-odegbami/ An article is bereft of common sense or any intellect whatsoever, riddled with subtle racism. Re: Satisfactory result for Finidi v SA/BEN?
Finidi will start the job under the most pressure filled circumstances than any coach in Nigerian history. What would be a satisfactory result in these 2 games for Finidi? Good news is that the season will be over and he can have a longer camp of maybe a week or so and play local teams. I actually ...

Re: U17 team crisis- Manu Garba having proble
MRI bone density scan used to determine age is likely to have a higher error rate amongst Africans because our bones are more dense than that of other races anyway, This is one of the reasons Africans rarely suffer from osteoporosis or brittle bone disease. I doubt very much that even a corrupt Nff...

Re: U17 team crisis- Manu Garba having problems
The MRI test is not 100 percent correct all the time. There are false positives. The blame is the NFF. Appointing a coach 1 month before an event. Waiting untill the last minute to do MRI tests. Normally the MRI tests are done much earlier to get eligible players for campaign. It takes time to teac...

Re: U17 team crisis- Manu Garba having problems
Is this about the NFF or the endemic corruption of Nigerians?
More than half the team failed the MRI.
These are 15, 16 yr old kids already misrepresenting themselves.

Re: Olise! Olise!! Olise!!!
Just so you guys know, there are at least two England-capped players that are already having regrets for making the choices they made. Too late. I have it on very good authority from a very credible source close to them. You see, the younger a person is, the more gullible they are. We all get wise ...

Re: “There is still bad blood” – Amunike makes first comments since losing Super Eagles job to Finidi
Amuneke can be given the U20/23 Job, both categories have been stinking up the joint lately. He gets to prove himself in an U-20 World Cup or the Olympics, both of which are World standard with good exposure and perfect for CV building. He must not wait for the SE! Good points. I hope those boys in...

Re: “There is still bad blood” – Amunike makes first comments since losing Super Eagles job to Finidi
He is calm about the whole thing, he believes if he is destined to coach the SE no one will be able to stop him. When a man has that kind of approach to the issues facing him, i see someone already on top of situation. So i left it there. I believe it would help if he should stop sitting around and...

Re: “There is still bad blood” – Amunike makes first comments since losing Super Eagles job to Finidi
The best Nigerian coaches are exactly people like Amuneke - aka "someone they cannot control" to do stupid stuff. If this is true, I think Amuneke may have been the better person for the job. Someone that can push back on NFF's excesses like Oliseh and Keshi. I do not see how someone an i...

I think Eze would be a better signing. https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/40068443/manchester-united-leading-race-sign-michael-olise-sources Brother, this should be in the world forum. Re: Finidi's job as SE coach seems temporary.
I feel for Finidi. The general response to his appointment has been lukewarm with many Nigerians questioning his choice by the NFF. He has his work cut out and there are many waiting to sabotage him. Even among the 94 set, he was not their choice as they lined up behind Amunike. I just hope he does...

Re: Here we go again: Open camp of SE to local talent-Finidi's first move
GEORGE, WOLVES AT THE DOOR It only took the hiring of a Nigerian by the NFF for a Nigerian job which is paid for by Nigerians to bring them out of the woodwork. How dare the NFF. How else do you explain starting a thread to upbraid the new coach for the allegedly wasteful and unproductive act of op...

There’s def something wrong and maybe I should be more understanding. But you keep coming back…. I now know you wake every morning and have a bowl of stupid for breakfast. How come, in over 30 years of this forum’s existence, you and your cohorts have never indicated any interest in knowing the composition of the NFF technical committee until now … and what does Finidi George have to do with a query regarding the technical committee? Exactly nothing… but the query ha...

Re: Kelechi Nwakali…
I suspect Finidi will give him another opportunity. But it’s up to him to impress and grab the chance. It’s not as if our squads are overflowing with top midfielders. The most logical thing to believe is that the coaches know something we don’t. Really???? I thought we addressed this 2 months ago? ...
