Re: FINIDI GEORGE IS A TERRIBLE COACH

I wont say he's a terrible coach. I will say he showed some inexperience and naivety with regards game and squad management. Few obvious things he missed 1. Ndidi does not play 90 mins for Leicester and rarely plays 2 games in a week post injury. He played 90 mins against Mali while 2 other midfiel...

Also in the South Africa match.
The speedy striker from South AFrica almost out ran Ekong who grabbed him and took a yellow card for the team, his nation

Re: William Troost-Ekong -- Captain, my captain!

Captain, my captain! Ekong's leadership in this team has been nothing short of stellar. His leadership qualities plus his situational awareness are exceptional and laudable. And his situational awareness is not just about things directly related to the match at hand alone but also in relation to hu...

William Troost-Ekong MOM

William Troost-Ekong A True Captain. Marshalled defence brilliantly and saved a shot on goal with a Dive. Last man many times to cut off passes. Very Vocal in the Defence. FYI Defence wins games. It could easily have ended in a draw during regulation. Our defence do their job. Our offense / strikers...

Re: Jose Peseiro reveals goalscoring plans ahead of Cameroon clash

What Peseiro needs to work on with the boys is to Practice NONSTOP 3 on 2's and 2 on 1's These type of counter attack breaks we have been PISS POOR at. And this goes well beyond the Pesseiro era. We become masters at this and we win most games by 3 or 4 goals. It is inexcusable to be missing so man...

Re: Should Yusuf start v Cameroun?

Yeah, hesgoal didn't carry it , so only those of us with jobs that could afford cable watched it. He was fantastic. If we play 3-4-3 he should start with Onyedika with Iwobi shifted to the right and Lookman on the left. If we play 4-3-3 then definitely he starts. I missed the last game v GB. How wa...

Re: NFF and shortsightedness

If I have £1m and someone offered me the chance to win $7m with very Good odds, would I gamble it? I am thinking that this is the question facing NFF Chief at the moment… Do I prepare this team and give them all they need to go after the $7m price….what if they lose? What if Peseiro bottles it? Can...

Re: Calvin "Baresi" Bassey

Bassey was severely criticised last seasons by several Ajax veterans and commentators. Whilst this criticism are genuine and calls for concern. I have a feeling that this is due to the defensive role he was given. Bassey was played as a Centre Back (CB) in Ajax which was overwhelming to him, despit...

This is the best the Super Falcons have played as a team in any major tournament. Typically is with brute force and individual skills. I would start Kanu in the next game if I were Coach Randy. He was certainly more active and effective than Terem Moffi❗️ Cheers. I always wonder : Why do players Appear to be more effective when they come off the Bench. .
