Re: Adebayo Scores!
Our big striker position is settled barring injuries. It's Vic and Boniface. We don't need another big striker that's not going to play. You don't get to decide what "we" want in the NT, the team is always open to any player who shows serious commitment to play for Nigeria. And I guess th...

Re: The NFF should give Finidi a contract that will end after the WC 2026
Finidi's job is only guaranteed for 30 days. If he doesn't come out of the SA and Benin games with at least 4pts he's a gonna.. fact.

Good move if it happens but Kels, imho, is better than Watkins. Kels has paid a price for not having a natural position.

Re: Finidi's job as SE coach seems temporary.
First, I do not think his job is temporary but there are truly concerns: 1. It seems that there is no contract yet. Maybe they are waiting for a contract to be agreed. However, having announced him already why not still have him meet the press? 2. The NFF clearly has a poor strategy working with th...

Finidi's job as SE coach seems temporary.
No contract details. No press conference Finidi is yet to say word. No assistant coaches No record of the Nff board approval No SE player has commented on Finidi Frog of Monaco gave up the plan Hope I'm wrong but this just doesn't feel right. When will Gassau and Finidi appear together? Is it a 1,2 ...

Re: Here we go again: Open camp of SE to local talent-Finidi's first move
GEORGE, WOLVES AT THE DOOR It only took the hiring of a Nigerian by the NFF for a Nigerian job which is paid for by Nigerians to bring them out of the woodwork. How dare the NFF. How else do you explain starting a thread to upbraid the new coach for the allegedly wasteful and unproductive act of op...

What are the terms of his contract?
When is the press conference to announce Finidas coach?
Why has Finidi not said anything since his appointment?

Re: Here we go again: Open camp of SE to local talent-Finidi's first move
If he's the coach of the CHAN team, open camp will help. It could also help with discovering players that could be referred to the U20 amd U23 teams, assuming Finidi talks with those coaches as he should. He may discover 1-3 players for the main SE, but I'm not expecting more than that. Since when ...

Re: Finidi had no assistant coaches vs Ghana/Mali
MANAGING PLAYERS Allegations have been made regarding Finidi (BTW, should we start referring to him as George (or something else) since we're on a last name basis here? I will.). I will withhold judgment until this becomes validated. Neither do we know what the alleged tiff was about, assuming it's...

Finidi had no assistant coaches vs Ghana/Mali
The Nff is a very wicked and selfish organization for sending Finidi alone to handle 2 friendly games without any assistant coaches, goalie coach , trainer , video assistant or any help on the bench whatsoever. Why are the black panthers and Garvey-ites who don’t want Oyibo coach not mad about this?...

Congrats to King Finidi George.
Nobody can argue with the work you've put in and your dedication to Nigeria.
Now to fall in line behind him!

Re: NFF to choose between two Nigerian coaches for Super Eagles job…
Summary of Super Eagles Coaching Drama, as culled from Nigerian Sports Journalists. 1) NFF waiting until May to announce new coach to avoid paying April salary https://twitter.com/FisayoDairo/status/1783790269961306319 2) Coach will be an indigenous coach (because of funding issues), but sadly won'...

We came 2nd, won millions $ but can't afford a decent coach. It's what happens when you have bozos running a Federation. We still owe player bonuses from 2021.
