Re: WHY Michael Nsien could possibly become the COMPROMISE CANDIDATE.......

Michael Nsien is an American coach who has coached both men and boys’ football in America may be trend up in the imaginary no-holds barred fight for national Manager of the Super Eagles. His parents are Nigerians, and it matters. We know that there is an increasingly entrenched divide within the NF...

[1] The only problem with Nigeria is Nigerians [2] We are where we are as a nation today because of our negative attitude [3] As the world’s largest black nation we should be aspiring to win the 2026 World Cup [4] We can only do that with a world class coach like Guadiola, Klopp, Mourinho, Bielsa, ...

The most successful World Cup player in Nigerian history.

He served his country well and always with humility and joy.

Stayed on a bit too long but that’s not going to sully his legacy where I stand.

Re: The 'cat' with nine lives: Ebuehi and Collins get yet another call up. .....

Ebuehi stunk the joint up in his last SE outing. I had him as easily the worst person on the field.

To be honest, he looks a talent and has had a few good games for the SE, but I don’t know that I see him as important for the future and I would be looking form younger players with more of an upside.

The man led us to football gold in Atlanta 96. Was it Troussier that was fired after a dismal run of friendly performances against Germany, Netherlands and Yugoslavia and let to the hiring of Bora Multivitamin? I no remember anymore but we played beautiful attacking football under Bonfrere No way w...

And that’s not to talk about VO’s overall contribution to the team.
Vic makes so many of his own chances while H has his laid on a plate.
I can’t wait for them to go head to head in the Prem. Eye go clear people.

Re: Why the Hiring of Eguavoen as Interim Makes LOGICAL SENSE.....

“Insanity is doing the same thing and…” I don’t even need to finish the quote. It’s insane to hire Eguavon. I love how E2 always looks for the positive spin on everything. It’s very healthy. But if the NFF had $50k/month for FatZero, they had money. The idea that the best option was the option that ...

Re: BREAKING: Peseiro quits as SE coach

No big loss. He did well getting to AFCON final.
Nigeria also refurbished his reputation. He was a failure until us.

The big problem now is the FA will of course make a hash of appointing his replacement.

Lets not also forget Rafiu Durosinmi. This poor kid suffered and suffered and suffered. He then got a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt. Then Bushboy added him to his list and this poor kid's transfer was immediately cancelled! How can someone be this wicked and ruin so many lives? What did Durosinmi...

If I was a football player, I’d pray for Bushboy to “worry” about me. It does wonders for one’s career.

And na good I go take beg am make him no hype me. I’d hate what happened to Isaac Success to happen to me.

Frank got better as AFCON went on and seems to have brought it to the Prem as well. Was impression against City.

I wonder what Paseiro does when Ndidi and Frank are both available. Double pivot in a 3 man mid?

I hope Coach Cellulite watch this video. You can't just waltz into a stadium with 99% of the fans rooting against you and win. There is a reason the host team has won 11 out of the 12 matches when the host nation has played in the final of the AFCON. https://youtu.be/bQRkSiQ4bXU?feature=shared 11 o...

Re: Three reasons Jose Peseiro should stay as Super Eagles coach amid links with vacant Algeria job

Not sure he can be described as clueless. The final was a mess. Like the team hit a wall. And to be fair, Angola and SA had shown CIV how to counter our defensive 343. I expected a tweak, not to the formation, but to its execution but it didn’t come. But we can’t fault a guy who was 30 mins from win...

Re: Super Falcons List for 2024 Olympic Qualifiers next week

Very good squad. I agree that goalkeeping lacks depth.

Also agree that Echegini will bring real drive in that midfield. Gotti’s Lampard comparison is apt. Lots of powerful running from deep; she’ll add to the goals.

Cameroon are not a shabby side. Should be a good match up.

PSG looking like they’ll get him although he wants to come to the Prem. He still might come to Chelsea which would be a heart move. No European football.
