Re: Why are folks being dishonest.Mikel is in camp
Maybe I am slow, but here is the thing; my KickOff story says Mikel will not feature due to a situation arising from his surgery, but will be in camp. The MTN story says Mikel will be in camp and will play. Nowhere did it say Mikel is in camp. So, again, maybe it is me being slow, but the only contr...

Re: Adopt Arsenal money model - Uefa
PapaK, stop being economical with the truth. United's debt have nothing to do with their spending in the transfer market, but from a Glazer-led LBO. If anything, the pre-Glazer United were the shining example of a club making profits and spending on players from money earned exclusively from the foo...

Part of the problems in that game was the coach. Uche is really not up to it. Starting with their kit. The players were all issued two sets of boots, hard and soft in anticipation of the conditions. Uche, for some reason, allowed all but one one of the girls (Oparanozie) to leave their hard boots be...

Re: Sharks wins WAFU cup.
Yes. Games will be played on 1st and 2nd I am a lifelong Sharks fan, but this is just over the top. The WAFU Cup is not what it used to be, and for anybody to celebrate winning this is just the very height of desperation. A competition where losers from the QF had to be brought back to play in order...

Emmanuel Emenike is a silly boy
Met with Siasia yesterday and was laughing about the issue of him not playing for Nigeria. Says its all nothing and he's GWG through and through.
BTW, Siasia's plane was diverted to Belgium. He'll be there until tomorrow. If UK weather doesn't improve' he'll head Stateside

Re: Blatter in trouble again
So if an African man goes to the west and marries four wives, he wont be jailed for bigamy? These westerners should keep their perversion to themselves, seriously. If they want to live with it, well and good. But trying to force others to tow their line is just not on. Nobody is talking about the mo...

When I took the matter up with CAF after the last tournament, their explanation was that there was a thin line, so they had this rule of thumb: "If it menstruates, its a girl."

SE in Guinea
Arrived in Guinea after a three-hour flight from Abuja.
A posse of Nigerians were at the airport to welcome them with two huge banners.
It came as a bit of a shock to me to see the wild cheering from the fans, who had to be held back by the balcony barricade
