Re: Eric Chelle Speaks. MC Oran Terminates Contract But Wins Last Game. Says SE Job Once in Lifetime. Unveiling on Monda
This opportunity is a no brainer for Eric Chelle. He really has nothing to lose and this job could be at least a stepping stone to other big jobs. If he fails, it will be written off as he was given an impossible task…..

0:0 away first leg has not been a good result for Naija in the past.

Re: Libya vs Nigeria Fiasco: CAF Finally Speaks
According to the NFF, the Libyans chose to fly to Port Harcourt instead of Uyo to avoid additional costs. They then had to make a road trip from Port Harcourt to Uyo. Spins like most of their experience in Naija was their own doing

Class showing itself. Look man on a higher level than others on the pitch He is not on a higher level, he is a good player and just scored a good goal. Stop diminishing the efforts of other players. How does acknowledging the class of a player who scored a hattrick in the Europa League final, was t...

Re: Our Osimhen joins Galatasaray on Loan. release clause will be €75m with Napoli option to extend until 2027.
This is actually a relatively good outcome from a very difficult situation. €75 million release clause is doable and makes him no longer subject to the whims of Napoli, if a top club come for him in January, he will leave. He also gets to play until then rather than being frozen out at Napoli. Of co...

Re: Chelsea offered Our Osimhen 68K a week contract
It is unlikely that he was offered close to what he is earning. If that had been the case, he would be playing for Chelsea. It is possible that he could get close to that base on incentives. What seems apparent is that he was not offered enough for him to think it was a good move So why didn't he a...

Re: Chelsea offered Our Osimhen 68K a week contract
This is not the Chelsea of Abrahamovic. Their model now is low base with heavily incentivized salary. Not an ideal destination for a star like Osimhen who is already earning a lot.

Re: Breaking News: Our Osimhen (The African Footballer of the Year) to CHELSEA No deal. Staying at Napoli
Osihmen has been excluded from Napoli squad for the season and stripped of his #9 jersey. Given to Lukaku. Perhaps a loan to Chelsea would not have been a bad thing, as long as there was no reduction in his wages. That way he would have gone to a different environment away from what seems to be a t...

Napoli are well known to be difficult to deal with. In retrospect, he should not have signed the extension of his contract. Napoli hold all the cards

The lesson to top players is this; don’t go to Napoli unless you plan to stay there a long time.. you only get to leave when they want you to

Re: Breaking News: Our Osimhen (The African Footballer of the Year) to CHELSEA No deal
Napoli good at playing hardball. They must be ready to keep him on the high salary despite everyone predicting that they would get him out because of the high salary when there is no champions league football income. They will let him leave only if either Chelsea or Al Ahli agree to their demands

Not a huge surprise. It was always likely that he would not have lasted more than a couple of matches anyway

Re: Reigning APOY going to Saudi at 25?
The money is too good to pass up on. Almost €650, 000/week compared with Chelsea’s offer to take him on loan and a much lower salary. I think he made the most obvious decision https://www.skysports.com/football/live-blog/31771/12476234/deadline-day-live-summer-transfer-window-closes-at-11pm-tonight-...
