The Guys in the studio are not please about the way Nigeria is playing. But also they talk about how Niger is improving their team Isn't the deal that Egu is more defensive minded? For a defensive minded coach, I see him beginning to balance the game for his players by trying to focus more on offen...

I don't know but the saga that is Nigeria continues: The Good - We have a new NFA Chairman that was elected or selected under the nose of FIFA and CAF who have so far not given us a reason to believe that election/selection was not free and fair. Without funds from FMSSD, NFA has shown that it has n...

In case we go to PKs and we need Aiyenugba?!

Why not bring in JJ to the midfield? Some experience to maybe keep the Tunisian defense on their toes.

So what happens in the 2nd half when Kanu and possibly Okocha and Lawal are introduced as we all expect Egu to do?

The penalty has totally deflated the Congolese side. This is where experience and tenacity comes in. The fact that you are 2-0 down does not mean the game is over, just means you have to work a little harder.

Must be the link from the top of the post for those who are 3-4 mins behind. I tried it three times and it wasn't working for me so I switched back to Eurosport. Congo is holding their own better that expected by a lot of people, especially with Egypt being at home and all.

guinea is a useless team. damn.. how did they beat tunisia ? ? Gotta pipe in here. The fact that they got beaten by Senegal doesn't mean they are a useless team. If we end up with a three way tie, each team's result against zimbabwe will not count. As such only our GD against ghana and senegal will count. By that standard, we are at +1, Ghana is at +1, Senegal is at -1. If they beat us by 1 goal, we will both be at 0 GD. Full GD will be used (adding the Zim...

Dear Ayo, Sorry but the matter is in the boy's hands. He is 19 years of age and able to think for himself. I have only met him a couple of times since he's been with this organization and I am appreciative of what his feat and help with our club. He is however in the junior team and can take off to ...

Ayo if he doesn't learn to stand up now when will he ever. He will forever be a pawn in the hand of his coach? I think the boy needs to believe in himself. I think coaches should have a say but then the boy should have some balls. C'mon he's left home since he was 17 he should be man enough now. Bes...

Well if it hurts them to have our big boys go for ANC and then they should do something about it. After all then are supposedly better organized than our associations in Africa and better managed. If we change our calendars can you imagine the chaos that would cause? So if they are not gonna change ...

It's okay Ayo. Write your letter. Get as many people as you want to sign it. Take whichever action you feel is proper. Because the ANC is in January and not in June. Pardon the pun and tautology. Why don't the European leagues harmonize their calendars with the ANC instead? Because they are the oga pata patas and we need to always kowtow to their calendars. The ANC is bigger than the European league and if we can't ...
