This thread reminded me of this skit. There are some wicked people on this board
On a serious note, these are the sort of conversations we should be having beyond O.N.O politics and how so-so-and-so did it in the abroad

My guess here is that the Egyptians are weeping because they know this is all they had in the tank and they have to play Senegal again for the WCQ.
Somehow the new CAF formats have created some interesting footie drama for 2022.

I am filing complaints about Senegal's Victory
I filed petitions against this Senegalese team to World Wildlife Fund, the UN Office of Drugs and Crime, Office of the UN High Commissioner on Refugees, Human Rights Watch, and other relevant organizations for the following acts committed by Senegal today: 1) Aggravated goal poaching 2) Dream assaul...

Re: Rohr's opinion on the Super Eagles' loss to Tunisia
Taking Rohr's Eurocentric viewpoint, Nigeria should really not bother to show u at the World Cup...I dont believe we have any hidden god players anywhere. I believe our best players are on display for all to see week in and week out.. In the context of the European game, most of our players are ave...

A "freak" accident that has occurred four times (Sierra Leone, CAR, South Africa, Madagascar) is not a freak accident by definition. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/freak_accident#:~:text=freak%20accident%20(plural%20freak%20accidents,quotations%20%E2%96%BC freak accident (plural freak acci...

I can bet my last kobo that this thread would be 10 pages long already if a certain "white man" was in charge of our SE and any attempt to rationalise the defeat would be derisorily dismissed as "excuses". You need to get over it. Can't compare Tunisia to Cape Verde and Madagasc...

Re: I just learned that the Tunisian assistant coach that out coached Eguavoen
No proof, just a self-professed report with no link. A country at the level of organization and football tradition of Tunisia is using a Kebab restaurateur as a coach, something none of the great clubs of Tunisia- Esperance, Club Africaine, Etoile du Sahel, CS Sfax have done.... Even Comoros are not...

Surprise! Burkina is doing well so far with "wing play". The difference is they are moving the ball faster, something Eguavoen said he wanted in several interviews, but the team had problems doing. Tunisia not doubling up on their wingers though. That’s the big difference. They probably f...

Re: World Cup Every 2yrs: Yes or No...
The naysayers have some valid points. We should all step back and ask the clubs and current players what they think about this UEFA Nations League. That seems like a better place to start since the effects of the Nations League are not hypothetical unlike the objections to the biennial World Cup.

Re: Nigeria 0 vs Tunisia 1 2nd Round AfCON 2022
It is amazing that the same Nigerians who keep faith in Man U and Arsenal and invest in new jerseys and cable TV year after year so easily condemn Nigerian football after one match.
