Re: BREAKING: Siasia Press Conference Tomorrow....
How do you arrive at such heavy punishment without the other party being given a fair hearing? even if the decision was eventually correct, i dont like this approach one bit. It sounds dictatorial and i think the world has gone past this. So we are now supposed to have accusations and counter accusa...

Re: CAF needs to come up with an African soccer strategy
maybe you need to look at this slightly differently. both 2014 finalist struggled this year. but for the respite argies got, they would have been out. that tells you how difficult it is to play at this level. korea beating ger? if the game becomes more open i think we stand a.chance. look at argies ...

Re: NFF releases proof of salary payment to Oliseh
This is d classic case of lying once and having to tell other lies to cover up. When you know u mess up and u cannot apologise, isn't it better to remain silent? Now we have an idea of what happens behind the scene. I think that we have a bunch of crooks running our football. Just a thought ...

Re: Losciuto: I was not paid for 6 months.....
I'm suprised siasia and other coaches took up d job all in d name of patrotism. They're all postponing the dooms day. Somehow we have to confront these issues facing us in order to move forward even at d expense of not competiting in competitions. I have followed the discussions on this forum on coa...

Re: Lagerback Says Fitness, Experience will Determine Final List
Lagerback said this and that. Less than 4 weeks to the world cup. All we've seen so far is table/paper soccer. No matches yet to fully access players. Not sure of what formation to adopt. I would be more worried as a coach.

Complete Sports I believe is one of the foremost National Sports dailies in Nigeria. A lot was said about Nigeria's Eaglets in today's(26/10/09) edition of the paper in the ongoing FIFA U-17 competition in Nigeria. No mention was made about other teams in the competition. We really don't know whethe...

Yr treadmill can help to get yr fitness back. I also suggest jogging a few minutes before yr game. When you play take it easy. Be contend with just passing the ball around. Stay in the middle of the pack if possible. Have a consistent program and in no time you'll get back. Don't be surprised that i...

Looking at this from another perspective, is the guy smoothing the way for an exit because he has doubts that he can deliver the tourney as promised We have a silly way of doing things in Nigeria. Is BV the first to complain about non-payment of due remuneration? Or should he just keep quiet? Looki...

If JJ wants to be captain again then he has to work hard for it. It's as simple as that. When you are not performing as a manager, a club has will find alternative irrespective of your past successes. A manager should also be given that opportunity. Some managers would just prefer to give him time t...

This is just mind games and this is their wish for the guy. Would he trully prefer to dump country for club at a club where he's had problem with racism ... I don't think so. I believe that Eto is a matured player, he is African and he will go to the NationsCup. The only compromise will be to play f...

Re: My biggest fear..
My biggest fear... is that we'll beat Zimbabwe by a wide margin and Angola will win by a narrow margin like 1-0. Reminds me of Spain in 98 WC. Beating Angola in Nigeria should have at least helped us ... I guess CCC did not know his options and where things will likely end up should we fail to beat ...

How is he supposed to be effective when he is being ignored by some of his team mates according to your report? We usually remember the mistakes of our goalkeepers more than any player on the pitch. Also we don't even remember their fine saves. Having said that, i think that Enyeama was really very unprofessional to let in a goal like that. I was really very disappointed when I saw the goal. He might end up p...
