great is the word my brother.

it is however the same level of greatness that would preclude you from competing for the league trophy as long as this same perspective persists. not that we at united are complaining though. the fewer the challengers, the better.

The state of their union is always strong every year. This is a club that celeberated CL qualification as if they won the champions league. Na Shitspur I blame for dis one! Arsenal should get serious and start winning cups, they can start by winning the Emirate cup...

The state of our union is whatever. We will definately qualify for UCL next year. Maybe 3rd position? But with no trophies- who cares????

you cant call it strong, we barley scrapped into the Champions League and everyone rejoiced. I am relieved that we made it in, but we really should be doing better. We cant celebrate mediocrity

Gooners should be more concerned about the state of the relationship b/w Nacho Monreal and Wenger after he said this:
Arsenal defender backs City target

Monreal: "Pellegrini is the best coach I've worked under"

Borja Porras. London 05/22/2013 PrintSend

Having joined Arsenal in the January transfer window, Nacho Monreal has taken to the Premier League like a fish to water, bolstering his status in the Spain squad in the process.

Speaking to MARCA about his new surroundings, Monreal claimed that "Arsène Wenger is Arsenal's linchpin. Everything goes through him. He's a motivator. He gave me confidence by putting me in the team as soon as I arrived".

The Gunners full-back also had words of praise for his former manager, Manuel Pellegrini, who has been linked with Manchester City. "He's the best coach I've worked under, the one who taught me the most. He knows everything there is to know. It's a shame that the project is falling apart. I hope [Málaga owner] Sheikh Al-Thani reconsiders, because the people there deserve better".

After commenting that "the grounds are always full in the Premier League", Monreal picked out Jack Wilshere as one of the players who has impressed him the most. "He's so young, but it's as if he'd been around forever".

Another is Gareth Bale, about whom the ex-Málaga ace said: "Bale has been compared to Cristiano Ronaldo. He's tall, strong and strikes the ball really well. He was named player of the season this year and he's the reason Tottenham was in the running for the Champions League until right to the end. The Spanish media have linked him with Real Madrid or Barcelona, but I don't see it. Spurs will do everything they can to keep him".

Honestly, Robbynice lacks credibility when it comes to matters concerning Arsenal. The club is better off WITHOUT fans like him.

Just look at today's mess.

EVERYBODY has been saying all summer long that Arsenal needs significant signings. The one they got on a FREE, didn't even feature today.....he remained planted on the bench! You couldn't even make it up. How this man stays in his job, is beyond me. There is more to this than meets the eye......kai!

This is a sad time to be an Arsenal fan. Just look at how Liverpool fought hard today. Arsenal just lay down and opened her legs like a two bob ashi.

This is sad.......extremely sad. :(

The English Government should investigate AFC for illegal activities. They are stealing from the fans.
