How can you openly apply for another job and expect your current employer to pay you?

If they are not paying you leave in peace and go and seek employment elsewhere

... Because your salary is earned in respect of work performed. That issue is totally separate from applying for another job while currently employed. The point being that his salary must be paid. Simple. If the NFF feels they have other standing to sack him they should proceed but that does not absolve their liability of salary payable. But back pay makes the contract voidable on Keshi's option. The key word is option. He can choose to void the agreement and get little to nothing or remain and be owed the contractually agreed sum. The right choice is obvious for all except those who would love to see Keshi's back for any lame reason.

What work had he performed other than failing to qualify for the anc and using the Se to market junk players to boavista?
If anything he should be reimbursing Nigeria not the other way round

Yep. As long as he was the manager during that period, his salary has been fully earned. Cheers.
