ROHR IS AN angel*

What about game management and bringing subs to kill time
make peaceful change impossible make violent change inevitable.

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."

We have to review his performance. We need a different manager.

I don't know if I can really blame Rohr for this bro.

SE just couldn't bring themselves to focus. I sensed stage fright.

The tension of this match was extremely high.

Why not bring in defensive cover once they brought in Aguero?.

Can any one explain his substitution pattern?

I knew we were going to lose once I saw the pressure we were under in the 70th minute.

Rohr has his fault as well
I’m not saying we need to change him but damn he supposed to have brought Iwobi in well before Argentina’s 2nd goal when they send all their players up front
Before that goal, the game was perfectly set-up for the likes of Iwobi to run at the space e posed in their back, but he did nothing.
Very disappointing

We’re not rated on the Continent,” said Toshack. “British managers are not, coaches are not, players are not. It’s all 4-4-2, hit the front man, get on the second ball. It hasn’t changed. It frustrates me at times, it really does.”

The coach is 100% to be blamed. If Nigeria had won this game it would have been injustice the way they played. Soccer is a game of goals and all the team that park the bus will be found out sooner or later, go ask Sweden in their game against Germany. This coach 100% has no clue and I will be surprised if he does not field this same team in the ANC qualifications and thus we don't qualify. The man has no clue what he is doing. If he wants to play Idowu fine but then play 100% of the lineup that beat Argentina just a few months ago, but instead he left out the two players that were the catalyst in that game Iwobi and Ebuehi.

THIS!

Iwobi should have been on for the MAGNIFICENT Musa by the 70th. Musa was phenomenal with his effort but we needed Iwobi to come in and take over the running up front.
When Aguero came on, why not throw on Ogu?

DAMN!

Who else do you blame, It's the manager's ob to motivate them. Managing a team isn't just about player selection and formation. It involves mind games and psychological warfare as well.

It's on him bro.

Something about this match that I just don’t understand
Iwobi was the player that should have come in at the half time
He played in the friendly when we beat them. He and Ihenancho ran all game in that match
But come today, it was Ighalo

We have to do what is best for Nigeria long term. Salisu can handle the qualifiers. Two teams will qualify from our Afcon group. Hire a new coach and give him a 4 year deal. We should hire a Brazilian coach.

ROHR TO GO......

Post by Enyi »

I think the team did not go out on a wimp, fought hard but got undone.....WELL DONE TO ALL OF THEM.

Rohr has shown us what we can do if we are honest in our selection, I think he continues only if we cannot get the Moroccan coach....

I felt like Rohr didn't quite believe in this team.....he was not confident enough with his bench.....

He could have brought on Ogu, Onazi and he didn't, he brought on Ighalo and that was a waste of space. Iheanaco was not given enough chance in this WC.....

I hope he stays but that Moroccan coach pushes his team.....even with piss poor players

Rohr said he came to learn, so you can't blame him.

Blame those who employed him.

Renard ko Renard ni

We need a good Braziilian coach like Tite. Some one that can blend good attacking football with good defensive organization. Why are we so crazy about European style of football?
