Super Eagles and D Tigers

Is there a thing or two to learn from the programme contemplated and ongoing development with D Tigers. There are clearly some similarities.
Every soul shall taste of death. And you shall be paid on the Day of Resurrection only that which you have fairly earned. Whoever is removed from the fire of Hell and is made to enter the Garden, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is nothing but the comfort of illusion – Quran 3: 185

Now compare this to Rohr who is always happy to project the Super Eagles as a team that should be happy to just participate and learn at the World Cup, a team that should be happy to play a draw with 'mighty' Sierra Leone, a team that should not expect to turn up and win ANC!

What a tragedy and how preposterous!

Thanks for sharing. There are certainly correlations, and Mike Brown will succeed because of the ground work, on the ground. I have always believed that a successful Super Eagles squad must commence with ground work in Nigeria. If you believe there is no talent on the ground, you will not find the talent, and you cannot built on it.

Go Mike!

Who is footing the bill of this b-ball team. They seem so organized and I have never read anything about allowances being owed or such. How come they can get the best coaches and the SE can’t?
Its nice when someone shoots ur murderer in the back, without asking to be paid.

D'Tigres is well organised because of the Nigerian Basketball Association chairmain is a very competent individual... Engr Ahmed Musa Kida, just recently retired as Deputy General Manager of TOTAL EP Nigeria.
He got his ground work right from recruiting the best basketballers of Nigerian origin worldwide, around the NBA, to gauage his meticulousness, he has been able to always upgrade his coaches for a better one,the former Ex D'tigres coach was an ex college /high schoool basket ball coach, now he got Ex NBA Golden State Warriors Assistant Coach, who still combines his NBA duties and the D'Tigres.
coaching..
It all starts from the top to get it right. Pinnick has tried, SE is a bit stable, to go the next height we need a sligtly upgrade of coach in Rohr, which may only happen after WC2022.

A shame about the league....otherwise everything else has been on point.

They have A LOT of sponsors but Mike Brown and his staff are really not financially motivated. Far from it.
